Custom Aluminum Sandwich Board Sign

Printed direct on UV flatbed printers and finished with a UV liquid gloss coating for scratch resistance, these aluminum sandwich board signs are built for long-term indoor and outdoor use. The 1/8" (3mm) MaxMetal panel consists of two 0.15mm corrosion-resistant aluminum sheets permanently bonded to a polyethylene core, making it lighter than solid aluminum while remaining rigid and durable.

Artwork Requirements

• Accepted file formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
• Color space: CMYK (do not submit Pantone or spot colors)
• Resolution: 150 dpi for raster images
• Max file upload size: 300MB
• Submit artwork built to the ordered size; do not include crop marks or bleeds
• Safety zone: keep all critical elements (text, images, logos) at least 0.25" from the edges
• Convert live fonts to outlines before submitting
• Double sided orders upload as two separate files unless otherwise specified
• Use provided design templates when available
