18oz Matte Blockout Vinyl Banners
Heavy-weight 18oz matte blockout vinyl banner material featuring PVC vinyl faces on the front and back with a blockout layer in between. Scrim fiber reinforcement holds up in tough indoor and outdoor conditions. Available in single-sided or double-sided printing, with full-color UV printing throughout.

Size and Shipping Notes
- Single-sided single piece maximum size: 10ft x 145ft without pocket, 9.5ft x 145ft with pocket
- Double-sided banners maximum size: 9.5ft x 145ft
- Banners 89" or larger on shortest side will be shipped folded
- Banners 88" and under on shortest side will be shipped rolled

Artwork and File Requirements
- Accepted file formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
- Color space: CMYK only, no Pantones or spot colors
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images
- Max file upload size: 300MB
- Submit artwork built to ordered size; scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Safety zone: 2" margin from all sides for all critical elements (text, images, graphics, logos)
- Double-sided products require two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template
- Convert live fonts to outlines
